1. Return Window
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

We only replace items or provide refunds if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible, you must provide proof of the issue.
We do not typically offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind).
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product.
- Sale items or items purchased with a gift card.

3. How to Start a Return (Refund or Replacement)
We do not require you to return the physical item to us. This saves you the time, cost, and hassle of return shipping.
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@kitchori.com. Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name and order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photo(s) or a short video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item. This is required for us to process your request.
- Review: Our customer support team will review your request and the evidence provided within 1-3 business days.
- Resolution: If your request is approved, we will notify you by email. You will have the option of receiving:
- A full refund to your original method of payment.
- A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us. We will not be able to process your refund without you first contacting us and providing proof of the issue.
4. Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
